Joe Tallarico is a vital part of the Third Angle team. He instills the principle of simplifying business challenges by identifying cross functional unique solutions for complex business issues, an approach at the heart of Third Angle Consulting. He is also a big part in developing and customizing Third Angle’s Hands-On Epiphany Events.
Joe has diverse experience in the consumer goods industry, serving Unilever in leadership roles in Sales, Marketing and Global Business Operations focusing on Supply Chain. Major successful projects Joe led include: Customer Planning and marketing efficiency, Global Integrated Business Planning, Order to Cash Operations and Customer Technology.
With undergraduate and MBA degrees from West Virginia University and Robert Morris University, respectively, Joe’s love for learning and complex problem-solving show through in the term he coined, “MacGyver Management” which is the ability to creatively and practically put together disconnected pieces to create breakthroughs.
This approach is an amazing asset to the Third Angle approach to help clients to uncover their “third angles” that solve their most complex problems, ignite innovation, and achieve breakthrough performance now and for years to come.
Outside of Third Angle, Joe heads product and business development for the Tallarico family’s 60 year old CPG company. Concurrently, Joe and his wife, Maria, run their family vineyard and find farming to be an excellent way to experience continuous learning and growth.
