Jean Egmon is the Founder and CEO of Third Angle, Inc., a growth, innovation, and value creation firm that enables businesses to realize and reach their ultimate potential. Large and small companies from across the globe, such as Abbott, American College of Chest Physicians, Boeing, ExxonMobil, Kimberly-Clark, and NASA, use Third Angle’s expertise to uncover their “third angles” that solve their most complex problems, ignite innovation, and achieve breakthrough performance now and for years to come.

Jean, a consultant, author, inventor, innovator, entrepreneur, and professor, leads the firm in ensuring that all of Third Angle’s people, services, and the ways of doing business are inspired by their vision and philosophy- the “secret sauce” to their clients’ success. At the core, they believe in the extraordinary power generated by strategically uniting and activating a business’s strongest assets: the company’s left and right brain, their internal and external networks and the company’s core foundations and everyday operating practices.

Jean has twice been recognized with an Edison Award for Innovation and has received ample recognition for her teaching and intrapreneurial successes within Northwestern University and the Kellogg School of Management.

Outside of Third Angle, Jean is a writer by heart. Look for her second book, Hidden Treasures: How to Break Through Growth Barriers and Catapult Your Business from Surviving to Thriving, which will be released in early 2024.

When Jean is not writing, consulting, or leading Third Angle, she’s pursuing plenty of other passions, such as family, detective fiction, positive humor, road trips, baseball and lighthearted animal behavior, many of which are illuminated throughout the concepts, tools and metaphors used by Third Angle.
